Città Studi Biella is a versatile building complex of 110 000 square meters and is one of the most important cultural centers in Italy. Thanks to the architectural design and functionality influenced by Gae Aulenti, the internationally renowned architect who designed the complex in the foothills of Biella, Città Studi has long been considered a landmark for conventions as well as education and research. In fact, Città Studi’s “gem” is the conference center and all of the events organized.

This magnificent modern building set within a large green area, offers a wide range of personalized services for companies, associations and/or for the private who need a fully equipped location for conventions, meetings, cultural events or even business lunches.

The Auditorium, the second largest in the region, can accommodate up to 440 people and has been designed to meet any particular request. It has a modern video projection system which may be applied to personal computers, 4 equipped cabins for simultaneous translation services, an audio and video recording system and a ceiling stage lighting system.

In addition to the conference rooms, the convention center has suitable space to organize exhibitions and receptions. Città Studi offers professional hostesses and translators able to cater to any event in any language, as well as a catering service: from a coffee break to the most elaborate gala dinners, all possible with the support of a new and equipped internal kitchen.

Many are the opportunities to use the remarkably bright interior space available in the Exhibition Hall, including the gallery above which provides more open space in the same surrounding area. Also available is the outdoor exhibition area of ​​3,000 square meters to use during the warmer seasons for cultural soirées, cocktails, private parties while enjoying the magnificent view of the mountains.
