Our family, who has always been dedicated to agriculture, has passed on the culture of "good food" and has allowed us to enjoy a genuine table every day. Our intent is to give our customers the same luck: to still eat healthy, tasty and completely natural food today. In order to obtain the highest quality of raw materials, we grow in our vegetable garden all the vegetables and fruits we serve our customers, and we alleviate the backyard animals: rabbits, ducks, geese, chickens and laying hens. Thanks to our 12,000 sqm of hazelnuts we are very proud to be the only producers in the Biellese of IGP hazelnuts of the type "Tonda Gentile del Piemonte" In these years we have also begun the transformation of hazelnuts, producing delicate and genuine spreadable creams, but above all the delicious "hazelnut oil", a particular oil that can give traditional dishes a particular aroma. In 2004, La Bessa Farm has obtained the "Biological Certification", thanks to its commitment to cultivate in a healthy, genuine way and without any chemical alteration. We cultivate in our vegetable garden all the vegetables and fruits we use in the farm. We produce fruits, strawberries, peaches, cherries, apricots, plums and figs that we use in dishes and sweets and from 2012 we grow spelled, buckwheat and other delicacies to always enrich your new flavors dishes!
