In October 2016 two of the most important sports organizations in Biella decided to take up the challenge launched by Stephan Elsner , CEO of Bonprix, Italy. That some months before half-jokingly said that Biella Rugby Club and Basketball Biella would not be able to work together...

Strong collaboration established in 2015 for the realization of a calendar which saw the athletes the two clubs involved, we decided that we would have accepted the challenge and we got to work immediately.

Rugby Biella and Biella Basketball has set up an organizing committee, made up of coaches, managers and executives, who from the first meeting they shared the spirit of the tournament. From the first meeting was born a concrete plan that we presented to Stephan Elsner , who once again proved to be close to our sports realities and decided to be the Main Sponsor of the event.

International Bonprix Cup is a unique event of its kind for the first time in Italy : will host a tournament under-18 international and multidisciplinary.

The tournament will take place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th, September 2017.
The scenes of sporting challenges will be at the Rugby Stadium and at the Bonprix arena.
The two sports facilities are within a few hundred meters from each other and this will allow the teams to be able to share any extra-sporting event in the spirit of healthy sporting values, at the base of youth.
