And to earn this wonderful sight, you will pass by the biggest Marian Sanctuary of the Alps, Oropa, riding the climb made famous by Pantani during the Giro d’Italia in 1999! Then you drive along the entire Tracciolino, through Trappa, a trappist monastery, and continuing up to the Sanctuary of Graglia. The relaxing descent will take you to cross beautiful villages like Sordevolo, headquarters in 2015 of the Sacred Representation of the Passion of Christ, and Pollone visiting the Burcina Park, famous in May for the rhododendron bloom.
Day 2: after breakfast, depart for the second day of cycling.
The possible path are many but here's another proposal: a beautiful ride that starts from Biella and, crossing the Serra, the longest moraine hill in Europe, will introduce you to the natural park of the Bessa, ancient gold mine at the time of the Romans and home of the World championship gold panners in 2013! You will then relax on the shores of Lake Viverone, you will taste the local wines at a winery and you will continue to Magnano, with the visit of the Romanesque church of San Secondo and the local Ricetto. You will pass next to the Golf Club Le Betulle, rated best golf club of Italy in 2013. Packed lunch provided by the hotel. Back at the hotel and end of the tour.
