On March 20, 2024, the Piedmont Region and Visit Piemonte DMO presented the report of the data relating to tourism in 2023.

The data highlights a new record, with over 6 million arrivals and 16 million presences. In particular, arrivals from abroad grew by 15% compared to 2022.

The Region also communicates that "The new ATL Terre dell'Alto Piemonte, with over 500,000 arrivals and more than 1,100,000 presences, emerges as one of the revelations of the year thanks to an uncontaminated natural beauty and a cultural heritage rich in history that attract more and more travelers looking for authenticity and genuineness".

This data is particularly comforting for the area, whose tourism supply chain is strengthening.
